Representative office, branch of the foreign trader operating in specific commerce areas (for example; banking, finance, legal service, culture, education, and tourism or other areas in accordance with regulations of the law) stated in normative act differently shall be made the following regulations like that.

Rights of the branch office

1. Renting office, leasing, buying equipment, instruments necessary for the operations of the branch;
2. Recruiting laborers being the Vietnamese people; foreigners to work at the branch in accordance with regulations of the Vietnamese law;
3. Signing commercial contracts in Vietnam in conformity with contents of operations stated in the license;
4. Opening account in the foreign currency, the Vietnamese Dong at a bank licensed to operate in Vietnam;
5. Remitting profit abroad in accordance with regulations of the Vietnamese law.
6. Having a seal bearing the name of the branch in accordance with regulations of the Vietnamese law.

1. Making the merchandising products activities and the other commercial activities in accordance with regulations of the Vietnamese law as well as international treaty which Socialist Republic of Vietnam is member.

Rights of the representative office

1. Operating in conformity to purposes, scopes, and period staed in the license;
2. Renting office, leasing, buying equipment and instruments necessary for operation of the representative office;
3. Recruiting laborers being the Vietnamese people, foreigners to work at the representative office in accordance with regulations of the law of Vietnam;
4. Opening account in the foreign currency, the Vietnamese Dong which originates from the foreign currency at a bank licensed to operate in Vietnam, and is allowed to use only this account for operations of the representative office;
5. Having a seal bearing the name of the representative office in accordance with regulations of the Vietnamese law.
