Who are we?

Vietnam Counsel is established and operated by the Immigration Company and Hong Ha Law Firm.

Immigration company, previously a firm specializing in business investment consultancy and foreign business representation in Vietnam. In 2006, Immigration company was proud to be the exclusive representative of Canadian Citizenship & Immigration Resource Center (CCIRC) Inc. in Vietnam.

Hong Ha Law firm is one of the most reputed law firms in Vietnam. It was set up more than 10 years ago and the principals of the firm are both barristors and solicitors. Hong Ha law firm is proud to be the exclusive law advisor for VnExpress on law section , the most popular Vietnam online newspaper. Besides, recently Hong Ha law firm has been appointed to be the exclusive legislative speaker of Vietnam Television (VTV4) channel, discussing "Complete your legal application" subject weekly.

• Member of Hanoi Bar Association.
• Currently: Deputy Director of Hong Ha Law Firm.
• 16 years experience at Supreme Court Vietnam.
• 12 years experiences in the "State Bank of Vietnam".
• Major: Criminal, civil and Economy law.
• Major law advisor of Vnexpress newspaper.
• Major speaker on TV show "Complete your legal application" - VTV4 - weekly.
• Books published: 12 books of all laws since 1986.

• Graduated Bachelor of Economy in 1982.

• Major in economy and investment law.
