Our legal services vary from providing legal advice to completing an application to obtain a legal license in Vietnam. This means if you only want to have a clear and transparent understanding on a legal matter, we will give written legal advice according to the current and most updated laws. Most of our clients want us to do all of the work from the begining till the application process is completed such as: obtaining representative/branch office license, 100% foreign own business license (foreign investment license), labour registration, tax and accounting registration, joint-venture license, investment/business co-operation contract... In this case you do not need to do anything but providing us documentation required and we will do all on your behalf.

After a license is issued, our clients usually want us to provide regular legal service for them on monthly base. A few come back to us for assistance on case by case.

We are also very strong in lawsuits. Our principals often represent clients' interest before the court of justice.
